Will joined Waterkeeper Alliance in October 2016 as Staff Attorney & Manager, North Carolina Pure Farms, Pure Waters Campaign.

Will attended the University of Mississippi on a ROTC scholarship and joined the U.S. Air Force after graduating summa cum laude with a degree in philosophy. Following his military service, Will attended law school at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and graduated with honors. He clerked for the Honorable James A. Wynn, Jr., on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit before accepting a postgraduate fellowship at UNC and then serving as legal counsel for the North Carolina Division of Parks and Recreation. Prior to joining Waterkeeper Alliance, Will worked an associate attorney at the Southern Environmental Law Center, where his practice focused on combatting threats to water quality in North Carolina.

Will lives and works in Chapel Hill, where he is active in his church and community and enjoys hiking, kayaking, and playing music.
